Hello Friends,
I am B.Aravind Srivatsava and I am happy to share with you that I have been placed in Bank of India as a Probationary Officer in the recent IBPS PO/MT-III program. I am a B.Tech graduate, graduating from Electronics and Computer Engineering from JNTU Anantapur in 2013. After that, understanding the opportunities available in the banking sector, I have chosen to enter into this stream. The chief obstacle I had was I am not satisfied with my English and very poor in Current Affairs, the subjects crucial for any Bank aspirant. So I decided to join this institution as it is very renowned in Nellore. After I have joined, I learned that even though I am an Engineering graduate, there are lot of things to learn and practice if I want to secure a job. I was worried at first but due to the constant encouragement and guidance of the faculty I was able to overcome those. Slowly, with the everyday exams and practice, I was able to gain both speed and accuracy in solving the problems. I gained confidence through the classes in English, which empowered me to a large extent in facing the questions bank papers. Frequent exams, daily practice tests, teaching concepts from the basics helped me and my friends to gain confidence. I was supported in a great way and the faculty always ensured I was keeping up with the classes and I never faced any problem even when getting silliest of my doubts clarified. The faculty were very helpful and I can say it is with their support, guidance and motivation I succeded in the bank exams. I wish all the bank job aspirants best of the luck.
